"In addition to strength and conditioning, we do a lot of ballroom dance and ballet, which is nice because so much of our work is so structured around being functional. Sometimes you forget how good it feels to just move, to express, to make different shapes, and let your body be free. It’s a great antidote to the structured training we do on ice because we really are doing the same movements over and over again."
